Stroke Auto does not operate a walk-in shop. Stroke Auto is based in Winter Garden, Florida; every appointment is performed at the customer's home, workplace, or lot, within a 40-mile radius serving Orlando and Central Florida. This is a deliberate structure — it lets us focus on scheduled, documented work rather than shop overhead.
Because there's no storefront, the record of the work matters more, not less. That's why every visit — whether it's a single oil change or a fleet inspection — follows the same documented process: a Digital Vehicle Inspection, photo documentation, ranked recommendations, a written estimate, and a permanent record attached to the vehicle.

Stroke Auto requires technicians to have completed the Master Automotive Service Technology 1 & 2 program at Orange Technical College (Orange County Public Schools), and to hold or be actively working toward ASE certification in relevant specialties. Current certification status for each technician is available on request.
