Terms & Policies

These terms describe how Stroke Auto schedules, performs, and bills for mobile auto repair and fleet maintenance services.

1. Service Model

Stroke Auto is a mobile-only auto repair and fleet maintenance provider based in Winter Garden, Florida, serving Orlando and Central Florida. Stroke Auto does not operate a walk-in repair facility open to the public. All services are performed by appointment, at a location specified by the customer, within Stroke Auto's designated service area (approximately a 40-mile radius of Orlando, FL). Stroke Auto's FDACS Motor Vehicle Repair Registration is currently in preparation. Scheduled repair appointments will begin once registration is issued; inquiries submitted before that time do not constitute a service appointment or repair authorization.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are confirmed in advance by phone or email following a service request.
  • Customers should provide safe, legal access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.
  • Cancellations or reschedules are appreciated as early as possible so the appointment window can be offered to another customer.
  • Repeated late cancellations or inaccessible locations may result in a rescheduling fee or a requirement to confirm access before future appointments are booked.

3. Estimates & Approval

  • Following inspection, Stroke Auto provides a written, itemized estimate before any repair beyond diagnosis is performed, in the format required by Fla. Stat. § 559.905 for repairs exceeding $150.
  • Estimates are sent electronically (currently via Invoice Simple) and require customer review and electronic signature before work proceeds.
  • Additional issues found once a repair is underway will be communicated and estimated separately before proceeding.

4. Inspection & Photo Documentation

Every service visit includes a Digital Vehicle Inspection. As part of this process, technicians photograph relevant components and conditions of the vehicle using CompanyCam. These photos are used to document findings, support estimates, and build the vehicle's maintenance record. By scheduling service, the customer consents to this documentation process.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate written arrangement has been made (for example, a fleet maintenance agreement).
  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed at scheduling.
  • Fleet accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms as outlined in their service agreement.
  • Upon completion of any repair, Stroke Auto provides a legible invoice in the format required by Fla. Stat. § 559.911, including the FDACS motor vehicle repair registration number.

6. Customer Portal & Data

Inspection results, photos, and service history are stored in Stroke Auto's Customer Portal, associated with the customer's vehicle. Access is available by direct link or QR code provided on the service ticket. Repair estimates and invoices are retained and made available to the customer for at least 12 months, as required by Fla. Stat. § 559.915. This information is not sold to third parties. Customers may request correction or removal of their record by contacting Stroke Auto directly.

7. Warranty & Liability

Parts and labor warranty terms, where applicable, are provided in writing with the estimate or invoice for the specific service performed. Stroke Auto is not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service performed, or for issues arising from customer-supplied parts. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of a specific outcome, diagnosis, or repair timeline.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Stroke Auto is a fictitious name (DBA) of RDP Business Group LLC, registered with the State of Florida. Stroke Auto's motor vehicle repair services are structured to comply with the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act (Chapter 559, Part IX, Florida Statutes). Stroke Auto's FDACS Motor Vehicle Repair Registration is currently in preparation; the registration number will be published here and on all invoices once issued.
