Stroke Auto Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Stroke Auto collects, how it is used, and how SMS and mobile information is specifically handled.

1. Overview

Stroke Auto ("Stroke Auto," "we," "us") is a mobile auto repair and fleet maintenance business based in Winter Garden, Florida, operating as a fictitious name (DBA) of RDP Business Group LLC. This policy describes the information we collect from customers who schedule service, use the Stroke Auto Customer Portal, or sign up to receive SMS notifications, and how that information is used, shared, and protected.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Stroke Auto, we may collect and process:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle information (year, make, model)
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • License plate
  • Odometer / mileage readings
  • Service history
  • Digital Vehicle Inspection results
  • Written estimates
  • Invoices
  • Photos taken during inspection or service
  • Activity related to the Stroke Auto Customer Portal (access, approvals, and requests)

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to schedule and perform mobile auto repair and fleet maintenance services, generate estimates and invoices in the format required by Florida law, document vehicle condition through inspection and photos, maintain each vehicle's service history in the Customer Portal, and communicate with customers about their service — including by SMS, email, or phone, where permitted.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers, telecommunications providers, and technology platforms solely as necessary to deliver requested services and SMS communications.

SMS messages from Stroke Auto are used only as a notification channel — to alert customers about updates related to their vehicle service and the Customer Portal. Detailed vehicle information, inspection results, estimates, and invoices are handled through the Customer Portal, not sent by SMS.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. See our SMS Notifications page and our Terms & Conditions for full SMS messaging terms.

5. Sharing of Information

Stroke Auto does not sell customer or vehicle information. Information is shared only with service providers, telecommunications providers, and technology platforms (such as the Customer Portal, inspection, and billing tools) as necessary to deliver requested services, and as required by law or to comply with Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act recordkeeping requirements.

6. Data Retention

Estimates and invoices are retained and made available to the customer for at least 12 months, as required by Fla. Stat. § 559.915. Other service and inspection records are retained as part of each vehicle's history in the Customer Portal for as long as reasonably needed to provide ongoing service.

7. Your Choices & Contact

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request correction or removal of your record by contacting us directly at info@strokeauto.com or (407) 305-0123. See our Terms & Conditions for our full service terms, including SMS Messaging Terms.
