3. Appointment. A technician arrives at your location within a confirmed window.
4. Inspection & estimate. A Digital Vehicle Inspection is performed and an itemized estimate is sent for your review through Invoice Simple, including e-signature acceptance. See a sample estimate.
5. Work & record. Once approved, work is completed and added to your vehicle's record in the Customer Portal.
