I authorize Stroke Auto (DBA of RDP Business Group LLC) to perform the service(s) described in the referenced written estimate, at the pricing and terms stated. Any additional work beyond the estimate will be communicated and separately authorized before it is performed.
Because Stroke Auto is a mobile repair service with no walk-in facility, I authorize Stroke Auto's technician to access the vehicle and the property location above for the sole purpose of performing the authorized service.
I consent to Stroke Auto photographing my vehicle as part of its standard Digital Vehicle Inspection process. Photos are attached to my vehicle's record, accessible through the Stroke Auto Customer Portal.
I understand that Stroke Auto does not take possession, custody, or storage of my vehicle at any facility. The vehicle remains at the service address for the duration of the appointment.
I understand that payment is due upon completion of service, as described in Stroke Auto's Terms & Policies, unless a separate written arrangement has been made.
